VisionNest becomes the responsible company tenant, taking care of the day-to-day management of the property, rent payments and agreed household bills. The Company Let Agreement is made directly between VisionNest and the landlord.
We coordinate directly with our corporate partners and support the agreed corporate placement from check-in to handback. Your agency continues to manage and protect its relationship with the landlord.

The property is let directly to VisionNest under a business-to-business Company Let Agreement for a defined corporate project. At the end of the agreed term, the landlord may renew or take the property back. If they choose not to renew for any reason, we arrange our corporate guest’s move to another suitable home within our network and coordinate the handback. The landlord is never expected to extend the agreement to accommodate our operational needs.

Agency partnership fee
5% of the monthly rent for every successful introduction.
VisionNest offers agency partners a monthly fee equal to 5% of the agreed rent for each property successfully introduced, payable for the duration of the Company Let Agreement. The fee is subject to agreed partnership terms and any applicable disclosure or compliance requirements.
