VisionNest began in 2017 as a property management agency, founded with a commitment to providing a professional, transparent and dependable service.

As the company grew, so did our ambitions and capabilities. Our experience in managing properties, supporting residents and building trusted relationships across the property industry provided the foundation for us to expand beyond traditional property management and develop a dedicated corporate accommodation service.

VisionNest subsequently evolved into VisionNest Group, bringing together complementary areas of expertise within the property sector.

Today, corporate accommodation is a key part of our business. We work with corporate clients and companies across Europe that bring employees, contractors and professionals to London for work assignments, projects and relocations. We provide suitable accommodation and support their personnel from the beginning to the end of their stay, giving our corporate clients a reliable and experienced point of contact in London.

Alongside our accommodation activities, the group also undertakes property investment projects through VisionNest Investment and our associated sister company. This includes identifying opportunities, acquiring properties, completing refurbishment projects and preparing them for resale.
